Cancellation requests are handled based on order stage, product status, and dispatch progress.
Cancellation Before Preparation/Dispatch
If the order has not entered preparation or dispatch, cancellation may be considered after review by Sattva_The Natural Aura support.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Any exceptional request is subject to operational feasibility and policy review.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact customer support promptly with your order details.
Where applicable, share clear photographs of the package/product to help us review and resolve the issue.
Refund Eligibility
For food products, cancellation/refund eligibility depends on product preparation status, dispatch status, and product condition at the time of review.
Refund Processing
Requests are reviewed case-by-case. Only approved refund cases proceed for payment reversal through the applicable payment method.
Payment Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.
